Concession
The Athabasca Regional Multiplex will have a concession open both days in the main entrance area of the building. Inside the fieldhouse there will be a small consession open with snacks for the athletes and spectators. It is encouraged that the Athletes purchase snacks from the inner fieldhouse consession.

Social Media
We will be using social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.) leading up to the event and during the event to promote Provincials and the sport of cheerleading. Coaches, athletes & spectators are encouraged to post statuses and pictures with the hashtag #CheerProvs2017. Instagram user name @cheerprovs2017; Twitter user name @CheerProvs2017

Competition Videos
Both days of the competition will be videotaped including the opening, closing and award ceremonies by Cheerific. This DVD will be available for purchase at the event for $30/disc. Cash only.

Parking & Drop Off
Please respect all parking spaces in the east parking lot that are marked with pylons. These spaces are reserved for the dignitaries.

Team Buses
There will be a designated Athlete drop off area. Please make spectators aware that this area is a no parking zone for vehicles. The Athletes buses will have a designated parking area.
