Admission:
The admission for the tournament will be $8 per day or $15 for the weekend. Students or Seniors will be $5 per day or $10 for the weekend.

Programs:
Programs will be sold at the front gate for $5.

Parking:
Due to school in session Thursday and Friday, team buses are to park in the North West of VCHS ALCLUB parking lot or on the street. On Saturday, parking will be available in the student and staff parking lots or on the street.

Souvenirs:
“Gimmics” (official ASAA supplier) will be on site selling various types of tournament souvenir apparel. They will be set up in the cafeteria at VCHS.
Teams are NOT required to bring pins for exchange. If they wish to exchange or give items they may do so.

Team Pictures:
R. Pond will be taking all team pictures prior to the Wednesday practice in the Cougar Council room at VCHS (Host/Hostesses will guide teams to the photo shoot). Catherine Page Photography will be taking action shots during the tournament. She has offered to provide all team game photos/individual action shots on a CD at the cost of $100.00/team (optional).

Fan Expectations:
Spectators, both student and adult, must demonstrate courtesy and good sportsmanship by positive cheers of encouragement for their team, not against the opposing team. This is evidenced by the absence of booing and vulgarities. Spectators must also show proper acceptance of officials’ judgment. Artificial noisemakers are not permitted during provincial championship tournaments/events. These noisemakers may include but are not limited to: air horns, cow bells, plastic tube horns, garbage can lids, etc. The provincial championship host shall have the authority to eject from the competition facility individuals who, following a warning, refuse to comply with this requirement.

School Rules:

• On Thursday, school is in session. Please be courteous and respectful of these students and classes.
• No street shoes allowed on the gym playing surface.
• Volleyballs are to be used only in the gym.
• No food or drink in the gymnasium.
• Music will be provided for warm-up. Please do not ask to play your music.
• No changing uniforms at courtside.

Concession:
Concessions are available at both schools with many healthy food choices for your athletes and their fans.
To Pre-Order wraps for pick up after your scheduled games please see attached order form! Pre-Orders will need to be submitted with payment the day before the order is due. Fill one out with the players’ name, Team, and preferred time of pick up. Order forms and menu are attached in the link below.
