We would like to thank each athlete, coach, parent, volunteer, and fan for their commitment to the excellence of the game. Each game was a heartbreak to lose and jubilation to win. We saw tears of joy and tears of devastation. We hope as you travel home you may reflect on the excellence that was demonstrated on the court for each game. Congratulations to each of you on the success that you found to be eligible to be here this weekend. It was our honour to host such a prestigious event.
Welcome
On behalf of Willow Creek Composite High School, and the community of Claresholm, we would like to welcome everyone to the 2018 ASAA 2A Boys Basketball Provincial Championship. We are excited to have you in the town of Claresholm and at Willow Creek Composite High School. Our committee has been working hard to plan a great tournament that we hope you will all enjoy. We would like to send a big thank you to everyone in the community who has supported our fundraisers, to our volunteers and the generous sponsors for making this event possible. We would also like to thank our Community Ambassadors who have stepped up to showcase our community to those from out of town. Congratulations to all of the teams on your success in qualifying for Provincials. Your hard work throughout the season has brought you to this point - good luck to all!
