Attendance at the banquet is compulsory for and limited to all members of your official party
(players, coaches and managers MAX 16, No Parents). Banquet tickets ($25.00/person) must be
ordered online on the Team Order Form by Monday, March 12, 2018 @ 12:00 noon. The dinner
will be semi-formal, so please have your team dress appropriately (no jeans or sweats please).
