Checklist for Coaches
1. Register with ASAA (link below)
2. Pay fees for the event (one cheque or online). You must calculate your total fees accurately.
3. Book a photo time through the Google document below.
4. Each curler must fill out Assumption of Risk form (As part of the ASAA registration package).
5. Bring one article/item from your school for the banquet raffle.
There will be no practice times due to the Ice Technicians working on the ice prior to the event to have the highest quality ice.
Player/Team Registration
Team registration information must be submitted via the ASAA Curling Championship website online registration form NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, Feb 28, 2020.
Onsite Registration - Thursday, March 5th from 8:00pm - 9:30pm at Lethbridge Curling Club.
Banquet
The banquet is for players and coaches only. Due to the size of the facility, unfortunately there is no room to accommodate parents and guests. Deadline to order tickets is Friday, February 28th. Please include tickets you will be needing with your team registration information. Cost of banquet tickets is $30 per person.
Date: Friday, March 6th. Time: 6:00 pm Location: LCI–Lethbridge Collegiate Institute cafeteria (1701 5 Ave S)
Dress: Semi Formal

Banquet tickets are $30.00/person. Pay Banquet tickets online here
Please pay online or bring your cheque with you to the registration on Thursday, March 5th. One cheque covering all expenses is acceptable and is to be made payable to: Lethbridge Collegiate Institute.

Athlete Form (required for all curlers)
*Lethbridge Curling Club requires all athletes to have the Curling Canada Consent Form completed prior to arrival to Provincials. Each participant must fill out the assumption of risk form.
