Steps for Registration

Step 1: Download and complete the ASAA Provincial Team Roster Form from the bottom of the page and save it as an Excel file.
Step 2: Fill out the Provincial Championship Registration Google Form.
*You will need to upload the following to the Registration Google Form:

• Upload your completed ASAA Provincial Team Roster Form
• Upload School Logo
• Upload Team Photo
• Step 3: Prepare event payment (see instructions below)
  

  The deadline to register is Monday, March 13, 2023, at 12:00 pm.

  Payment Instructions

  Please bring one cheque for all your fees made payable to Stirling School.
  Entry Fee = $520 + $1/athlete (ASAA Pay It Forward Scholarship Fee)
  Banquet Fee: $20/Person
