Catering for the banquet will be provided by Sweetgrass Cafe, owned and operated by Suzanne Sinclair and her family.

Sweetgrass Cafe is located in the heart of the Trochu Arboretum. Renovated from the Doctor Hay Interpretive Centre and transformed into a dining room, this quaint cafe is the perfect place for a lunch meeting, get together with friends, or a romantic dinner for two. The menu changes daily, with entrees ranging from homemade soup and sandwiches to baked salmon and double baked potatoes, as well as high tea. After enjoying a delicious meal or a stroll around the Arboretum, come and check out the Sweetgrass Gift Shoppe for that something different that you didn’t even know you needed. Gift Shoppe hours are the same as the Cafe.
