* Team Registration, practice times Wednesday March (11:00 am - 8:00 pm; 45 min each), team pictures, issue athlete and coach ID/tournament passes

Thursday, March 19th

* Pancake Breakfast at the Dave Shaw Memorial Complex at 7:30 - 8:30 AM

* Mandatory coaches and captains meeting during breakfast at 8:15 am

* 9:00 am Weather permitting players and coaches will be transported to the opening ceremonies at Hines Creek Composite School on horse drawn wagons. Please dress warmly.

WAGONS WILL LOAD AT 8:45

* 10:00am Opening ceremonies at Hines Creek Composite School

* Games Begin 11:00am at Hines Creek Composite School

* Practice times available in Fairview during the day on Thursday- can be booked on Wednesday on a first come first served basis depending on game times Pending facility approval

* 7:00pm Banquet at Dave Shaw Memorial Complex in Hines Creek

Friday, March 20th

* Games begin 8:30am at Hines Creek Composite School

* Practice times available in Fairview on Friday - can be booked on Thursday on a first come first served basis depending on game times. Pending Facility approval

Saturday, March 21st

* Games Begin 8:30am at Hines Creek Composite School

* Provincial Championship Final 7:30pm at Hines Creek Composite School
