You’re invited! Special Olympics Ontario (SOO) is hosting a Virtual School Championship for Unified school teams! For the last two years, Alberta has sent schools to the Special Olympics Ontario Invitational Youth Games to compete in the Unified Sports divisions of Bocce (Bert Church High), Basketball (L.Y. Cairns), and the Youth Leadership Summit (Cold Lake High). Unfortunately, the Games had to be cancelled due to COVID-19, but as a result they have moved the games online for all of our Unified teams to compete! What: Kingston 2020 Virtual Games When: 16-18 June 2020 but submissions are due 12 June 2020 How: Visit http://schoolchamps.ca/ Choose your challenge, out of: athletics, basketball, bocce, floor hockey, soccer, and a special bonus event Train for your event Submit your scores on the School Championships website CELEBRATE! All events will be posted on the School Championships website and in this Facebook group
