Action shots will be taken during the tournament by Foto Antonio for a fee of $180 per team. Each team will be provided with a Google Drive of all the photos. To assist the photographer in getting the most action shots possible of every player, please wear your team jersey at all pre-game warmups. A waiver form is required for the teams who wish to purchase a photo package. A single consent form must be submitted for the entire team; it is the school’s responsibility to attest that each player has provided a FOIP consent form to their respective school. If a player has not given consent, please indicate on the form to ensure that no pictures of the athlete are taken. The consent form is attached below. The consent form will be included in the tournament welcome email on Monday, Nov. 20^th. The form must be submitted by email to Nicole Walisser (nicolewalisser@csno.ab.ca) or on Thursday, Nov. 23^rd, prior to the competition.
