Check-In

Zone Coaches or School representatives will be able to check-in/pay fees on
Sunday September 24, 2023 at the Lloydminster Golf & CC from 4 - 7pm.
Teams and/or individual players will be able to check in at each course Monday, September 25, 2023 from 8:00 am - 9:15 am. Zone Fees are to be paid at check-in, or mailed to Holy Rosary High School ahead of the Provincial tournament.

Driving Range for the Girls will be open at 8:00 am at Lloyd Golf & CC course (pending frost or other delays). Hitting cage and chipping/putting green will be open for the Boys at Rolling Green Fairways at 8:00am.

Bag Lunch will be provided for players each day and are included in the athlete entry fees.
Banquet/Tournament Social Activity
In conjunction with the recent motion passed at the June 2023 ASAA AGM, where Provincial Banquets are no longer a mandatory event, we will NOT be hosting a supper banquet or social activity. There are many dine-in restaurants for athletes/coaches/parents to partake in a relaxing evening meal. Here are a few suggestions below:

Award Presentations will be held at EACH COURSE after the conclusion of play and scores are complete.

Competition:

The following Competitions occur simultaneously within the 2-day Championship:
1A/2A Boys (Team) 1A-4A Boys Individual
1A/2A Girls (Team) 1A-4A Girls Individual
3A/4A Boys (Team)
3A/4A Girls (Team)

Team scores will be determined by the best 3 gross scores on each hole, but not limited to the same 3 players on every hole throughout the round.
Individual Standings will be the Gross total score over the 2 days of competition.

SCORING:

Players will verify scores with their playing competitors EACH HOLE during the round. Upon completion, players will verify each hole with each other, then sign and attest the cards at the Officials scoring table at the clubhouse. No scorecards are allowed to leave the golf course area before being turned in.
