Entry Fee:
* $48.00 per player. Fee includes Registration Fee and Loonie Fee (ASAA Pay It Forward Scholarship fund)
* Only Coaches registered on SRS and listed on the Zone Entry Form will be given wristbands, allowing them access to the playing area and Hospitality Room.

* Only one cheque per Zone (Individual school cheques will not be accepted)
Registration Deadline:
* Noon, Friday April 26th, 2024 (or earlier if possible)
* Entries will only be accepted from the Zone Secretary (or designate).
* All entries will be entered by the zone secretaries onto the 2024 Badminton Zone Entry Form google sheet. Each zone director will have access to their zone specific cells to enter their athletes. For each entry, you will need the athlete’s surname, first name, school, the school’s city, zone, class (1A, 2A, 3A, 4A), and Coaches’ name(s).
* Zone Secretaries will be sent the 2024 Zone Registration Form and Zone Fee Form to fill out that will help calculate registration fees for each zone. EMAIL the form to Kevin MacAlpine (kevin.macalpine@epsb.ca and Shelbea at ASAA ( shelbea@asaa.ca ).
* The Zone Fee Form should be printed and signed by the Zone Secretary and brought to Registration on Friday morning along with the Zone Entry Fee cheque.
NOTE: Changes to the Zone Team Registration may be made prior to the event by the Zone Secretary contacting Kevin MacAlpine. Changes will be accepted on the first day of the event (prior to the start of the first game) if the Zone Secretary submits a completed Official Registration Change form (found at the end of this package), but it is preferred that the changes happen prior to 10:30 am Thursday, May 2nd, 2024. If a change cannot be properly made, the spot in the draw will remain empty resulting in a forfeiture. Every effort should be made by the Zone to try and fill the spot.
ASAA POLICY: If the change is not made by the deadline stated above or an athlete fails to show, the offending athlete’s school will be penalized an additional $50 per no show to a maximum of $250. The ASAA Executive will have the sole discretion to impose the penalty based on the rationale provided by the school for late withdrawal.
