Steps for Registration

Follow the steps below and complete all of the forms that are linked at the bottom of the page. All forms on this page must be completed by all schools attending the provincial tournament. This includes every form in each of the below steps.

Step 1:

Download and complete the below waiver forms. These forms must be completed and submitted to your school principal in order to compete at Provincials.

For your school principal: Download and complete the below waiver forms found at the bottom of the page. These forms must be completed by the principal and submitted to ASAA Office - info@asaa.ca

Step 2:

Download and complete the ASAA Provincial Roster Form and save it as an Excel file. You will need to email your completed ASAA Provincial Roster Form to meghan.staub@epsb.ca AND info@asaa.ca

Step 3:

Fill out the google form for the team picture, team info and logo.

Your school Athletic Director will need to ensure that your team roster is updated in the Sport Registration System and indicates which athletes will be attending provincials. A team photo should be added in the SRS.

Step 4:

Prepare event payment (see instructions below)

Entry Fee = $275/team + $1 per athlete (ASAA Pay It Forward Scholarship Loonie Fee)

Pay It Forward Loonie Fee:

There will be a “Pay It Forward Loonie Fee” assessed to all participants at provincials. This fee will be added to all provincial registration forms on the tournament website. The Pay It Forward Loonie Fee - states that “each provincial championship will charge an additional $1 for each participating student and remit those funds to the ASAA office after the championship. Those funds will be directed to the ASAA scholarship fund to recognize student-athletes who give back to their school and communities by either coaching or officiating in school or community sport.”
NOTE: If you have athletes competing on more than one team, you only need to pay the Loonie Fee ONCE.

The deadline to register is Friday, April 1, 2022 at noon.
