Steps for Registration

Each Zone Secretary must complete the Registration Form for all schools participating from their Zone by 4:00 PM on Thursday, September 19, 2019
Each school must submit the online Fees Form by 4:00 PM on Thursday, September 19, 2019
Each school must provide payment for registration and banquet tickets. Payment is due at time of check-in and can be made out to Notre Dame High School.


There is one Registration Form that must be completed ONLY by the Zone Secretaries via the forms provided by ASAA.
The registration form is a Google Sheets file that will be shared via e-mail to the Zone Secretaries. If you do not receive the form, please contact

It is the responsibility of each school to complete the fees form. You will receive a confirmation e-mail from the ASAA office within 24 hours of submitting the form.

Athlete Registration Fees are $150 per player which includes:
- a Championship Banquet ticket
- two lunches
- two green fees
- range balls
- pull-cart (if available - Note: each course has a limited number of pull-carts that will be provided on a first-come basis; players are encouraged to bring their own pull carts).
- the ASAA Pay It Forward Loonie Fee.

Additional Banquet tickets can be purchased @ $30 per ticket for coaches and parents.
Tickets must be pre-ordered by the schools via the Fees Forms no later than 4:00 PM on Thursday, September 19, 2019

All fees are due at the time of check in. Payments must be made out to Notre Dame High School
