Steps for Registration

The registration and payment deadline for teams is 12 pm on Monday, March 16th
Steps for Registration
Step 1: Download and complete the ASAA Provincial Roster Form and save it as an Excel file
Step 2: Fill out the Provincial Championship Registration Form.
Boys Registration Form.
Girls Registration Form.
*You will need to upload your completed ASAA Provincial Roster Form, Team Photo and Team Logo to the Registration Form.
Step 3: Your school Athletic Director will need to ensure that your team roster is updated in the Sport Registration System and indicates which athletes will be attending provincials. A team photo should be added in the SRS.
Step 4: Prepare event payment (see instructions below)
The deadline to register is Monday, March 16, 2020 at noon.

Payment Instructions

Entry Fee = $480/team + $1 per athlete (ASAA Pay It Forward Scholarship Loonie Fee)
Banquet Fee: $25 per person (Maximum 17)

Please pay your team entry fee and banquet tickets by e-transfer to Cardston High School - chsfees@westwind.ab.ca

*No CASH or CHEQUES will be accepted

Pay It Forward Loonie Fee:

There will be a “Pay It Forward Loonie Fee” assessed to all participants at provincials. This fee will be added to all provincial registration forms on the tournament website. The Pay It Forward Loonie Fee - states that “each provincial championship will charge an additional $1 for each participating student and remit those funds to the ASAA office after the championship. Those funds will be directed to the ASAA scholarship fund to recognize student-athletes who give back to their school and communities by either coaching or officiating in school or community sport.”
