Click on the registration link and answer the questions on the GOOGLE FORM.

The online form includes areas to include Team Roster, Team Picture, Team Logo (best quality you can give us and with no background) and Team History. Please make a copy of the EXCEL Document listed below to fill out your roster information and upload it to the Google Form above as an EXCEL file, not Sheets. Input your roster in order of JERSEY NUMBER.

The registration deadline for teams is Monday, November 21st at 12:00PM

Fees: Entry Fee $550/team + $1 per athlete (Registration amount to be confirmed on forms).

Evening Banquet Fee $35.00 per person. There is a cap at 18 tickets per team. If you must have more than 18, please contact Darby Murphy - darby.murphy@eics.ab.ca

Registration and Banquet fees must be paid by CHEQUE and will be accepted at Registration/Practice times on Wednesday, November 23rd.
