Red Deer Catholic Regional Schools is following directive from AHS and the Alberta Government.

Knowing this please note that as per Alberta Government direction Stage 2 takes effect on March 1 with the following measures being lifted:

Indoor masking is no longer required
Youth screening is no longer required for entertainment venues
Limits on indoor and outdoor gathering lifted

This means within Red Deer Catholic:
Masking for everyone (adults and students) during and outside of school hours and on buses is no longer mandated.
Support will be given to all people who wish to continue to wear a mask, any targeted bullying will not be tolerated.
Cohorting and physical distancing mandates for Kindergarten to Grade 6 students are no longer required
No limits on indoor or outdoor activities
Capacity on all large venues lifted
