Checklist for Coaches

1. Register with ASAA (link below)
2. Fill out all ASAA Forms- All forms linked below
3. Pay fees for the event (one cheque or link below). You must calculate your total fees accurately.
4. Send a high quality team photo to David Fletcher david.fletcher@lethsd.ab.ca by Feb 25, 2022
5. Each curler must fill out Assumption of Risk form (As part of the ASAA registration package).
6. There will be no practice times due to the Ice Technicians working on the ice prior to the event to have the highest quality ice.

Player/Team Registration
Team registration information must be submitted via the ASAA Curling Championship website online registration form.

Onsite Registration will be on March 3 from 8:30am to 12:00pm at Lethbridge Curling Club. There will be a table outside the main doors at the rink.

Fees
Entry fee is $200/team Pay online for entry fees here.

Please pay online or bring your cheque with you to the registration on Thursday, March 3rd. One cheque covering all expenses is acceptable and is to be made payable to: Lethbridge Collegiate Institute.

Athlete Form (required for all curlers)
*Lethbridge Curling Club requires all athletes to have the Curling Canada Consent Form completed prior to arrival to Provincials. Each participant must fill out the assumption of risk form.
