Steps for Registration

Step 1: Download and complete the ASAA Provincial Team Roster Form from the bottom of the page and save it as an Excel file.

Step 2: Fill out the Provincial Championship Registration Google Form.
*You will need to upload the following to the Registration Google Form:

• Upload your completed ASAA Provincial Team Roster Form
• Upload School Logo
• Upload Team Photo

Step 3: Prepare event payment (see instructions below)
Step 4: Select prefered practice time on the link below

The deadline to register is Monday, March 13, 2023, at 12:00 pm.

Payment Instructions

Tournament fees for the 3A Championships have been established by the ASAA at $520. The fee is based solely on ABOA costs. Additionally, there is a “Pay it Forward Loonie Fee” assessed at $1/participating student that is remitted back to ASAA that will be directed to a scholarship fund. This fee will be added to the registration. Payment can be made via cheque on check-in, or over the phone with a credit card or email transfer. Banquet fees will also be paid at this time at $35/ticket.
