Steps for Registration

Step 1: Download and complete the ASAA Provincial Team Roster Form from the bottom of the page and save it as an Excel file.
Step 2: Fill out the Provincial Championship Registration Google Form.
*You will need to upload the following to the Registration Google Form:

• Upload your completed ASAA Provincial Team Roster Form (bottom of the page)
• Upload School Logo
• Upload Team Photo
• Step 3: Prepare event payment (see instructions below)

  
  The deadline to register is Tuesday, June 6, 2023 @ 4:00 pm

  Payment Instructions

  Entry Fee: $650 + $14.00 per athlete (lunch fee) + $1.00 ($1 per athlete for ASAA scholarship). Payments are sent to Joseph Patrician 
• etransfers are the preferred method: pdzajiczek@cbe.ab.ca 
• please ensure to note school in note on e-transfers unless clear and obvious from email address
•  If cheque is required, payable to Calgary Senior High School Athletics Association (A210 - 111 Haddon Rd SW, Calgary, AB T2V 2Y2)
