Team Host/Hostess:

Throughout the tournament, there will be host students on duty who will be available to you. These people will lead you during the opening ceremonies and will be available to assist you and your team with any questions or needs during the tournament.

Coaches/Captain’s Meeting:

Coaches/Captain’s meeting will be held on Thursday, March 14th at 8:15 am. The coaches meeting will be held in room 158 and captains meeting in room 161. Any questions will be answered at this time. The head official will be in attendance. Please ensure you have a representative at this meeting (mandatory) as this is where pertinent championship information is provided and fees are collected.

Opening Ceremonies/Closing Ceremonies:

The Opening Ceremonies will take place on Thursday, March 14th at 9:15 am at LCPS. Please assemble your team in the school foyer by 9:00 am so we can organize the teams. Please have your athletes come dressed in their uniforms or team apparel. This should be a fun event!

The consolation plaque, fourth place plaque, third place plaque, and bronze medals will be handed out after those games are played. This will allow teams to start heading home if needed. Closing Ceremonies and silver/gold medal presentations will take place after the Championship Game.
