The banquet will be held at 6:30 pm at the Sheraton (our tournament hotel). The address for the Sheraton is 3310 - 50 Avenue. Tickets are $27.50/person with a maximum of 20 tickets allowed per team. Tickets must be paid for at the time of registration. The banquet is semi-formal (no sweat suits, shorts or blue jeans). The banquet may include opening comments by ASAA representatives, guest speakers, and a buffet meal.
The official opening of the tournament will be held on Thursday November 24th at 10:00 am at Lindsay Thurber High School in the Main Gymnasium. Teams must wear team gear the ceremonies.
Attendance at the banquet/opening ceremonies is compulsory for all team members and coaches.
