Neuromuscular Training in Basketball

The Sport Injury Prevention Research Centre is offering a free course to any high school basketball coach in Alberta on Monday, November 13 at 10:00am.

The session will be two hours in length and participating coaches can claim two NCCP credits for participating. There is no cost. A minimum of six coaches are required to enroll by Thursday, November 9 at 4:00pm.

2023 Volleyball Wildcards

Please see attached memo regarding the 2023 Wildcard Allocations based on results from 2019-23.

According to policy Volleyball wildcards are allocated based on zones’ results at the previous three provincial championships, with the first place team getting 4 points, second place getting 3, third getting 4, and fourth getting 1.
